Mr. Cohen is a Co-Founder and Principal of Blue Atlantic Partners. Mr. Cohen oversees several affiliated companies and creates strategic partnerships for the Firm. In Addition, Mr. Cohen is the CEO at Atlantic Pacific Companies, where he oversees many of the company’s investments.

 

Prior to Atlantic Pacific Companies, Mr. Cohen was a senior real estate attorney at the law firms of Ruden McClosky, P.A. and Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., where he specialized in commercial real estate, financing, and lending transactions. 

Mr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1989 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Miami in 1992.
